We will start our journey in this unique urban park filled with majestic fauna and flora. Sara and I will be delighted to teach you the basics of active and formal meditation! Along the tour we will dive in both the scientifically proven psychological benefits of mindfulness along with its fascinating buddhist origins. This serene learning experience will allow you to better enjoy the tour and - hopefully - the rest of your life!
