    No show from Tour operator even after paying 100% online payment and confirmation from Tripadvisor. Full day wasted as TripAdvisor did not communicate about boat of tour operator on maintenance/ arrange different boat. No way to reach out to tripadvisor and only a mail received from Viator that concern received of no response but that pick up will be there next morning… which never happened and after multiple calls for the whole of the previous day to the tour operator number (the only contact provided!!) …. we get a call back from the tour operator at 8.30 AM (boat leaving at 9.30) that boat is in maintenance and that the same was already communicated to TripAdvisor. Stay away as TripAdvisor only takes the commission and has no regard for tourists valuable time and day - they are totally unreachable!! Was worried that our money will be gone too but thankfully received mail later in the afternoon on the day we were supposed to take the trip from tripadvisor that based on communication from tour operator, our money will be returned completely!! Heavens be praised

    It's such an amazing experience! All activities were good. The snorkeling was so much fun, we got to see a lot of fish and it was amazing! Beautiful places, staff were excellent, the buffet -- at Phi Phi Don -- was nice. Everything was well organized !!

    Setting sail on the deluxe White Moonlight was an experience I won't forget. The service was outstanding, and the whole vibe was so exclusive. Phi Phi and Honeymoon Islands have never looked better!

    This trip was truly fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned, the service from the company was thoughtful, and the recommended activities were all to our great satisfaction. The guide was also very friendly and brought us a lot of joy. We were lucky to have perfect weather on the day we went out to sea, and the clarity of the water was simply breathtaking. Phi Phi Island is definitely worth a visit, with plenty of activities suitable for both the elderly and children. I highly recommend choosing a luxury cruise ship for the sea voyage—it really enhances the experience. The buffet lunch we had on Phi Phi Island was also excellent, delicious and satisfying. Overall, this trip was perfect, and I highly recommend everyone to visit Phi Phi Island and experience this wonderful journey for themselves.

For the pickup location Phuket Deep Sea Port, drivers are required to pay an additional THB 200 to enter the port to pick up guests. From now on, if guests need pickup at this address, an extra THB 200 per group will be charged. For the return trip, the drop-off can only be at the security gate of Phuket Deep Sea Port. The vehicle is not allowed to enter the port area. It only takes a few minutes’ walk from the security gate to the boarding point inside the port.
