The Ghost tour was a little disappointing. Kim is a nice gal - but she is too "jolly" for ghost stories. They could have been told in a more somber, scary manner. My daughter and I didn't care for the AI phone stuff either - just gimmicky. The stories were interesting if you could get around the presentation.

Our guide Tim was wonderful and my family and I had a great time on this tour! Tim was very knowledgeable regarding the locations, stories and history of each location. He was engaging with the content, accommodating for my parents (who move a little slower), and was FUN to follow around. I highly recommend both this tour and Tim for a great ghosts tour around the Quarter! *side note: many locations on the tour are current places of business and are therefore not available for tours to barge through. This was well-explained at the beginning of the tour. Five Stars!!! Thank you, Tim!

Latoya Gave a great tour with lots of historical information and facts. I previously did a ghost tour here in New Orleans and this this was much better.

The best tour. The guide (Kim) was really nice and so immersed in the part, to have spent 2 pleasant hours. Augmented reality was nice, sometimes it didn’t work great.

The guide guy speak a very very very fast English that just Americans could understand. If you are not an American person, don’t take it!

From the start, it was clear that our guide was intoxicated. She couldn’t read our names on her phone so she had us find our names to check ourselves in. She was slurring and repeating the same things (over and over and over), which weren’t even relevant to the tour. Literally hitting cars she thought were in our way and calling drivers a-holes. Half yelling and half slurring stories that she couldn’t seem to stay on script with. We didn’t see anything interesting or get any real history of the locations we stuck around for. The AR was like a cheesy version of Pokemon go, not worth advertising or spending as much time as we did getting it setup for everyone on our tour. By the halfway point, half of our group had left but the guide didn’t seem to notice. We gave it awhile to see if it would get better, but we dipped out early too.

This was a terrible tour, partly because of the guide and partly the content. We simply walked from place to place and stood there on the sidewalk while the tour guide talked at us. We did not go into any interesting places and the augmented reality feature was complex, confusing and not particularly interesting either. Our guide had an irritating voice and wore fake vampire teeth that made her talk strangely. It was also so loud we couldn't hear most of what she said. Finally, she did not take us back to where we started but left us in the French Quarter on a crazy Mardi Gras night.

Robert was a great guide, funny and informative. He was super helpful and made sure everyone had a good time. I didn't think the virtual reality thing added much to be honest, but it didn't cost too much time.

Robi was amazing. I’ve never had so much fun learning about history and such rich culture and fun stories to hear all at the same time. 10/10 recommend.

Robi was our guide, he was friendly, charismatic, and informative. I enjoyed the history and the theatrics in which he told the tales of New Orleans.
