    There are many similar trips heading into the desert from Erfoud and I am not exactly sure which one we went on. It was one of the best experiences we had in Morocco. The one hour camel ride into the desert was a unique experience, made a bit more atmospheric by the fact that there was a minor sand storm blowing as we rode. The meal was tasty and well served. The vegetarian meals requested by some of our party were all organised and also tasty. The drumming and dance session in the desert after the meal was a great evening's entertainment. Unfortunately a low cloud obscured the evening stars but we were all up in the morning to see the sunrise. After a good breakfast we took the opportunity to try sand surfing before our return journey. A great experience.

    We had a wonderful experience with camels, desert (sunset and sunrise). It was nice to spend a night in authentic local house and eat local food. Ahmed is a local philosopher, who tells you about local traditions, life etc. We (and our car) felt very safe during the trip. Thank You Ahmed and the members of the community who were with us!     De las experiencias mas increíbles que he vivido!! El trekking en camellos, sandboarding en las dunas, el atardecer y el amanecer en el desierto fue increíble! Padrisima la fiesta Berber bajo las estrellas y la cena buenísima!! El staff súper lindos e hicieron la visita inolvidable!

    Deze tour is zeker een aanrader, de woestijn is prachtig en de sterren ongelofelijk helder. Qua organisatie was alles goed geregeld. Wij waren er begin december, het is dan qua personen rustig (we waren de enige in het kamp) en 's nachts koud: neem warme kleren mee!

    The trip start from Erfoud at 18:00 PM. it takes about one hour to get Merzouga, Then ride the camels into the desert sand dunes, One hour by camel to get the comfortable camp in middle of desert, You will spend the night in the comfort camp between the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi desert, inside the tent has toilet and shower for your stay, When we arrive at the camp you will walk to the dunes of erg chebbi for sand boarding then watch the sunset, in the night there will be a wonderful dinner, then Berber music, after a night in comfort tent, the morning you will walk up to the dunes to watch the sunrise, the a tasty Moroccan breakfast. then you will be back by camels or 4WD to the start point, change the camels to a 4WD and then to Erfoud to your hotel. Includes: Sunset, Sunrise, Berber Music - Private Comfort Tent, Private Bathroom, Dinner, Breakfast - Camel each, Private Transport 4WD outward and return, Bottled water, Sand board, Tea. Your luggage will be taken by 4x4 to your tent.
