    This trip we went mainly to attend a OW course for my daughter who isvw1 years old. Unfortunately, she gotbsick two weeks ago before coming and luckily she could come finally. But due to her sickness, she couldn't finish the two dives in the first day and the Pure helps us to rearrange something and let her to obtain her OW license. I need to take the opportunity to say Thank You to her instructor Mr. Denys. He is so caring and patient, full of passionate to let me girl to overcome some struggles. I strongly recommend the Pure dive to anyone to join their courses or the diving trips with them. I am so glad that we picked the Pure dive shop too.

    I was TERRIFIED of diving and was hesitant whether to do it in the first place. Boy, thank goodness, I did. It was one of the best things I have ever done in my life. It’s hard to describe what’s like down there. It’s like a live zoo TV, but so much better. Pure Dive was amazing. Professional, attentive, smooth. For scuba go to Denys; for freediving - Arthur. Those chaps are the best! Very attentive owner as well. Don’t leave Penida without diving with these guys - trust me, you will not regret!!

    I have got to say a highlight of the holiday for me and my son We completed First time scuba diving package with 2 x dives. Our instructor was patient excellent and made me and my son feel very comfortable and safe, in the training pool so we really understood how to operate under water. Our diver chuccy was fab and was at our side at all times. we had two excellent dive points starting at Manta Point, and we got to dive with Manta Rays which was truly amazing. Our second dive point was a fav of Pure Dive and we got to see so many fish turtles and the most colourful coral. The whole team greets you with a big smiley face and a very warm welcome, Pure Dive are a great team and make you feel like one of the family. We finished with a lovely meal, and a couple of days later link to all of the footage from the dive. If you are coming to Nusa TO dive, there is only 1 place to head to PURE DIVE RESORT See you again soon

    Right from the start everything was just great. First time scuba diving, the instructor was patient with everyone, made sure we all understood how to operate under water, no shortcuts, but very easy to follow instructions. We were promised 1 instructor for 2 students, we ended up one on one because it was only 3 of us (they never load the boat up full). Under water Michael stayed with me all the time, guided me, pointed out interesting things and photo opportunities (which was great because there were turtles, octopus, stunning fishes). On return they were waiting for us, equipment disinfected right away, sets serviced, very professional. Every staff member greets you with a big smiley hello, they own the boat, so even those guys are staff members, it's a great team. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and special, they even let me borrow a case for my camera, my day was fantastic!

    I was really anxious at first but my diving instructor Denys took the time to teach me everything and made me feel comfortable. Once in the ocean I felt really safe and could follow al the instructions I learned in the pool. It was amazing to see al the coral, different fish and sea turtles! Thanks for everything!

    What to expect

    Try scuba diving on a vibrant coral reefs of Nusa Penida! Safe, professional and 100% directly supervised activity. You will have a detailed 30-40 minute briefing covering the whole experience, breathing, equalisation, equipment and safety. The briefing is followed by a pool practice, which starts with a mandatory swim test (200 meters) and float test (10 minutes). After the successful completion of the swim test in our purposely built training pool participants move to trying and practicing breathing underwater under the supervision of the certified diving instructor. This is followed by mastering simple underwater skills and the participants are all set to go scuba diving. Our boats are waiting for you across the road - right on the beach. Short ride to the divesite with the best conditions at the moment - here you are diving on a beautiful coral reef. There is no more than 2 participants per one instructor in the open water, so the whole experience feel really private. Your dive normally lasts for about 35-55 minutes, depending on your air consumption. The participants are directly supervised by the instructor at all times, maximum depth of the dive will not exceed 12 meters.
