    Website opening times not accurate, though Trip Advisor times were. Basically, opened at 9am, vice the website time of 8:30. Tours are given priority over internet tickets, which are given priority over general admission tickets purchased at the cable car base station.

    Waited in line for 1.5 hrs. Very inefficient. They could have a system to assign people a time to board instead. You start out by going up to a platform higher up where you have to disembark. You can explore a small trail, get snacks/drinks or take in the view but then you have to get in line again. I think this is what got people most frustrated. You then go to the lowest platform where you have the obligatory picture taking crew. The view is great at this platform, but by then you’re so tired of standing in lines it doesn’t feel worth it. Maybe if you go there when they first open you’d have a better experience.

    Too expensive for spend a lot of time waiting to get a cable car. Waiting time varies from 1hour to 3 hours for a 5 min wait n a cable car to view a rainforest. The view is beautiful.

    Not very organised, poor communication, too many people in a place with no structure for it and the staff have not got a process in place to deal with tourists, some cars had 4 people and other had 8 in it. Needs more cable cars and I did not like the fact that is compulsory to come out the car at the top. People should have the option to follow the journey in the car especially because ticket was not cheap. The final rip off is the price they want to charge you for the pictures they take, without informing you will be charged they make you pose. Not nice to waste peoples pleasure time .
