    Great experience, will recommend it to friends! The guide is very professional and helped us a lot, you can trust her and she is good in English, don’t worry about the language problem.maybe May or June more beautiful season.

    We booked this tour as it was listed very clearly that the only language that the tour operated in was English. Upon arriving at the tour desk (which was extremely difficult to find) the staff did not recognise my ticket or the tour company operating the tour. After 20 minutes of google translating, one of the ladies at the desk wrote down a time to come back IN JAPANESE which i finally managed to translate also on google translate. Once we were ushered to the bus (by a Japanese lady who only spoke Japanese) we came to realise as well a Chinese family that the tour guide did not speak any English and explained the first half of the Journey to the Japanese guests but not us. After complaining via email, the tour guide passed a phone to us to speak with the manager back at the hub office, her name was Shelly. She told us that the tour had already began and that it didn't state it was in English and I was to send her screenshots to prove it did if I wanted a refund. So thankfully I did screenshot everything which I then sent to Shelly only to have her call me back and tell me that if I wanted a refund, I had to get off the tour bus and make my own way home (2 hours outside of Kyoto, where we were staying). Cut a long story short, Shelly responded a few more times via email saying to contact tripadvisor (which is pretty difficult in this scenario) and I was not refunded a penny even tho Shelly promised at one point to refund me if they were at fault. I have not heard from Shelly or anybody else from the company even after sending them lots of emails and I cannot say how bad this company dealt with a paying customer. Please do not be fooled by the amazing pictures and nice advertisement these guys post in English, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
