    Isla Palma is Spectacular. On the island, the 2 hour boat trip was almost worth the trip. The operator and Viator assured that the boat capacity would be 20 and 15, respectively. On a rainy day and not ideal boating day, 40 people were crammed into a boat for 20. . Shoulder to shoulder, butt to butt. This was not what I expected or were told. This was dangerous. Viator and the operator lied. Once on the island, we were not allowed the buffet by the operator on a previous trip, for a lesser price, we had a nice breakfast once arriving. The buffet was being served but our operator would not pay. The Eco tour was advertised as included. But we were charged.

    Excellent stay. The departure time for the island was met. The transfer by boat was fine and the return was taken an alternate route for novelties, very responsible. On site, the staff very friendly, attentive and lunch was good (two proteins). The place clean, organized and very nice. To improve, the pick-up transport in Bocagrande, as it was evident that they were leaving staff in the area at the same time.

    We were treated very well at all times! The service was impeccable, everyone is very friendly and they are always trying to help and looking for the best for us. The food was very good, and the hotel was spectacular. At all times we were super well served as there were waiters who offered a practically individualized service and even gave us welcome cocktails. In addition we could enjoy a walk in the nature reserve and we could see flamingos, monkeys, squirrels.... The setting was completely clean and very well kept and the island was beautiful. Very good experience and highly recommended, thank you!!

    Horrible trip experience. I’ve been going to this island with this tour since before Covid. It’s usually a lovely experience, but it was clear that this has changed from people who love and care for guest to just a money grabbing experience. We are asking to show up at 5:45 am at the pier, only to have to wait in line in the dark until 6 am when they open pier doors. Then another 45 min before we leave on the boat. Once on the boat, we were exposed to dangerous water conditions. I’ve lived in this area and have been on many different boat experiences. This was the worst and most unsafe. We would take waves into the boat many times. At one time the captain turned the boat and we took the wave sidewise. By the time we got to the island we were all drenched looking around hoping that our belongings didn’t end up off the boat. When we got here, the wind was so insane we had to leave the beach area and just stay inside to brave the weather. I wish the tour people would have just warned us about the weather and let us make the decision of going or not. Instead they exposed us to dangerous ocean conditions only for us to not even be able to enjoy the time at the beach. Which wasn’t cheap. The price have drastically gone up. We paid $140 each to almost die and not enjoy the beach.

    Total scam, no instructions on where to go and when to arrive at the port. Do not attempt to go for this tour. Now I have to deal with the dispute with my card. It gave me a total negative vibe with this tour
