    booked tour to include tickets for pearl harbor and arizona memorial. 15 hours prior to scheduled pick up tour company advised they did not have guaranteed tickets and would pick us up at 6:30 a.m. to get on standby line and maybe get tickets. i cancelled and rebooked with another tour company which had tickets and we went without any difficulty. daniels tours refused to refund our payment because we failed to cancel 24 hours in advance (even though cause of cancellation was their last minute notification and their fault in failing to guarantee tickets). you can do better than deal with daniels.

    Great small group tour. Our guide Jenny, was great and really informative. Everything was great at Pearl Harbor, and we got to stop at some historic places in Honolulu.

    We had such a wonderful time with Austin on the Pearl Harbor tour. He was very pleasant and so full of knowledge of the island. We toured the sites where the original Hawaii 5 O series was filmed, the famous statue and the palace. And of course the Arizona Memorial. Thank you Austin for adding so much to our trip to Hawaii.

    Helpful. The moening tour handle the tickets to avoid any complications and provided helpful instructions and prevented parking issues

    The drivers were very nice but the “small group tour” title is misleading. You are paying for transportation to and from Pearl Harbor. They drop you off and pick you up from there. You do the tour on your own. The Hawaiian history tour is not much better. It was cool to see the palace but you don’t go inside. You seen from parking lots. Not what I expected - nor what others on the tour expected- when we signed up. But again, the drivers were very nice.

    As part of your visit to Pearl Harbor, you’ll take a **short, narrated boat ride across the harbor** to the **USS Arizona Memorial**, operated by the U.S. Navy. If boat access or standby entry is not granted, this is beyond our control and does not qualify for a refund. Guests may still enjoy the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center exhibits, memorial grounds, and the remainder of the tour as scheduled.
