The driver (I don't remember his name) was on time picking us up at the hotel and Pearl Harbor. This shuttle is a great way to get to Pearl Harbor and not have to purchase an overpriced tour package. And for three of us it was cheaper than an Uber. This shuttle ride in my opinion is a great value. Would definitely use again.
