    Because of miscommunication by both parties, we could not take this tour and were initially charged the full amount without having received any service. The Viator Customer service personnel had to intervene for us to get a 50% refund. The local personnel were trying to stick us with the whole fare. BEWARE of the illusion given by the Viator website; the tour is not given multiple times per day. They have limited capacity to give tours in La Rochelle in particular. When they reply to a firm reservation, they may propose a DIFFERENT TIME AND DATE. I give a rating of 4 STAR to their Customer Service who did agree to a partial refund in short order.

    I admit that we did not see the 2 h visit, despite the cold, but our attention was constantly reminded by the explanations and humor of our guide, who for the situation was very nice and well trained to meet our expectations. We enjoyed the stop in the dynamic city center and especially the visit to the cathedral ST Pierre with its naves superbly valued, to see again during a next trip to Rennes, this time with friends, thank you

    Passing through the area with half a day off, I wanted to take a tour of the city. The tour was recommended and Sephora showed me around the center. The churches are very nice and it is always nice to be guided by someone who knows the city and all its anecdotes 👍🏻 I forgot to take pictures
