What an adrenaline-filled experience! We were picked up at the hotel and transferred to another bus. Once we arrived, we were handed helmets and keys for the lockers. You are on your own after that. What a fantastic experience we had! From river rafting, Buggies, underwater expeditions, zip lining, and more! The lunch buffet, when I say it, was delicious! Hands down! I can’t wait to come back and visit next year with my family and friends.

We loved our experience at Xplor. We followed our guide Jeremias' advice and were able to get in all the attractions in our day. Ziplines first, then ATV, then lunch, then river and rafts, and finally, the waterslide and wavepool. Make sure to bring approved sunscreen as reef-safe isn't acceptable. Luckily, the park did have small sample packs for us to use, but I can not guarantee that will be your experience. Also, be sure to bring towels and a change of clothes. We did purchase the photo package for $90 (2 people), and it was worth it! We also bought 2 towels for $48. 🤯

One adult, a 14 year old and an 11 year old. Booked the tour via TUI. It was my first time in Mexico so this felt a safer bet but think i would have shopped around in future for a more competitive price. Hotel pick up was at 8am and arrived on time. Only a few pick ups and so we were at the park within an hour and a half. Short queue for entrance and we had been given the wrist band already by the guide. As part of the TUI booking you get 50% off of the photo package but you need to show the booking voucher for this. I got this for the three of us but given we were mostly together, could probably have got away with two between the three of us. I was feeling a bit poorly when we checked in and so i also impulse purchased the 360 video package (which wasnt cheap)! Glad we got this as the video is a nice keep sake and really clever with the 360 (where you move your phone around to see the full 360 views you actually saw) but we didnt need it for the three of us and so would just have got for the kids. And be aware, this is just for a video of the zip wires. Throughout the day there are photopoints all over the park where you either push a button to take them or they auto take. You need your water shoes all day. My daughter wore crocs for some of it which was okay for some experiences but not for all so i would just wear the water shoes saves changing. You will be wearing the helmet all day. The lockers are easily accessible all day though. The lay out of the park is really clever- all experiences are connected off of a central point where there is a big red heart, so you wont get lost. I wore shorts and swim top, my son wore tshirt and swim shorts. Some people in full swim wear so whatever you feel comfortable walking about in all day. I would highly recommend doing the zip wire first (8 different lines) before queues build up, as this is one of the only experiences where you are queing in the heat. You cannot take anything on the zip wires with you (so no water whilst you wait). These wires are amazing!!! They all link together and end with a land in water (not deep). The caves were also immense: rafting either alone or in twos, swimming in 7ft water through the caves (with swim vests), and a walk through the caves in shallow water (4ft) and out of the water. I wasnt too bothered about doing the walking expedition in the caves but really glad we did as it was very good! We also did the vehicle drive which kids loved (you can take your phone on this one). The only ones we didnt do were the water slides (queue was too long by the time we got to that) and the hammock zip line (but we did the main zip lines so i wasnt too bothered about that). We didnt queue long for any of the experiences. I am really not a very strong swimmer and i was fine with all of the experiences. The only bit i slightly struggled with was going through the waterfalls at the end of the cave swimming, but my son just towed me through whilst i kept my eyes shut! There are also life guards who come past in all the water activities at various times to check everyone is okay. Lunch/snacks/drinks all included and all good quality in the central restaurant. You can go in there as many times as you like. There are also a couple of other bars for drinks. Pick up was at 5pm and the coach was ready and waiting. 45 mins back to the hotel. The organisation around this tour was excellent and was an incredible day. It felt very safe. Highly recommended.

Xplor was an experience my family will never forgot. Yes, there were ziplines and water slides, but cave swimming and rafting (including added bats) was far more interesting and completly different from anything we had done before.
The food was also great.
I would highly recommend this park if you are looking for something different and unusual.

So it's great that they added the new waterslide, but it's very addition means you do not have time to do everything. I booked my tickets off the official site, with transport. We got to the park at 10.15, meaning 75mins was lost. By the time we had done the ziplines it was 1pm. You would think 4hrs would be enough time to do the other activities, but it was impossible. Went to the waterslide, the queue was massive. We gave up after 20mins as it wasn't moving. Managed to squeeze in the rest of the activities before frantically running for our bus. Does not help there are a lack of changing rooms.
So it was disappointing that what is a good park failed to deliver.
They need to manage the amount of people allowed into the park, so that everyone can get a go of everything in the time available.
Don't bring sunscreen and bring closed toe watershoes.

Check if pick-up is available from your location, you will select during checkout (providers may allow other pickup locations)
- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup.
- We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
