Excellent driver who unfortunately had to wait over 1 hour for me (bags took an inordinate amount of time to reach the luggage carousel). More than reasonable price to avoid the unpleasant shuttle ride at LAX for an Uber or taxi pickup.
My only complaint was trying to communicate my flight details with the ride service company after they sent me a request for such. They did not respond in a chat conversation after multiple attempts. Eventually called them and got it straightened out.

they sent a minivan instead of an SUV. I requested special assistance as a i had fractured arm. they said they will send someone who will be able to come. When the mini van came they sent a driver of some age who instantly refused to help pickup my bags into the car and said i had to do it my self with my weak left arm. after that i had to take them off and drag into apartments where i was promised they will help me drop to the door. Also they came 1 hour and 20minutes after we got our bags.
