    Check-in process was very easy and it was a very quick ride out. Our captain Delaine and other crew member McGuire were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions and making our ride customizable. The best part of mobile sports offering is it's twice as long as many of its competitors and is priced very well. We actually booked a private banana boat on accident with only 4 people because we booked through a website called Tripshock and we were confused with the details, but the private experience is definitely the way to go if you have a large enough group (6) unless your whole group is fine with whatever speed other riders you would be with might want to go then the regular non-private option would be just as good. Highly recommend adding this to your vacation plans, especially for a whole family activity, my family really enjoyed it and I think yours will too!

    Very fun!!! Whole experience was fun watching other groups, was very funny, and riding the Banana Boat was exciting. Will definitely do this again.

    We weren't sure what to expect heading in with my wife and 2 boys (8 & 11) but the guides were great and let us control how fast we wanted to go. The boys loved the experience and it was a highlight of the trip.

    They called at 7pm(before the scheduled date) to let ask us to change our time due to double booking and they have less staff. We agreed on changes. New scheduled date and time came. We were there 30min early per their policy. We were informed by other staffs, from other company, that they’re running late. This company verified it. They said their ETA yet still didn’t arrive on said ETA. They arrived an hour later the scheduled time. We asked for discount because of inconvenience and we have to cancel our other scheduled activities. They refused to do so. Their excuse was their captain have an emergency and they added, “we are doing this for you”. While riding to the destination, they mentioned that tips are highly appreciated (not mandatory). On top of that, my friend gave her phone to them to take pictures of us and the staffs said “ok”. When we were finally riding that banana boat, we noticed that the staff used their phone instead of my friend’s. When we finally docked, we asked them to send those pictures to us. They said “when we get phone reception, we’ll send it”. We waited for several hours and no pictures was sent. We found out that we have to give them a tip for them to send those pictures. We called and texted them still no pictures. I even texted them using my number to make sure they didn’t send it on the wrong number. Still nothing. What extra service did they do other than their job responsibilities after all the inconvenienced? Banana Boat ride was alright.
