    This tour operator canceled on us. We were there at 8:30 AM. Our reservation is at 9:00 AM. We waited until 9:45am and somebody came only to tell us that their boat is not in or being repaired. We were on a cruise ship with limited time, they offered to still take us but for 2.5 hrs vs the 4 hrs. This is just horrible, I booked this trip more than 6 mos in advance and there are 12 of us in the group. Worst service ever. He then said he has another boat that we can take but at 10:30 AM and he said he’s gonna push the other people back. I told him we were very inconvenience and upset already and I don’t want him to do that to another group. Very irresponsible and no consideration for other people’s time and emotions. Do not use especially if you want to enjoy your precious vacation only to be treated this way.

    This FAR exceeding our expectations! We were coming from a cruise ship & had a scheduling conflict & the awesome team went above & beyond to make sure our trip still happened for our family of 6. Not only that, they upgraded us & we had one of the best days of our lives! I highly recommend this company. The boat was beautiful, the salsa, guacamole & drinks were delicious (Thanks Cesar!) & the captain Ricardo was the best, helpful snorkeling guide. Don’t miss the beautiful journey to El Arco & the turquoise waters of Cabo! You won’t regret it.
