    An unforgettable culinary experience, Chef Simone’s Rocking Kitchen cooking class was amazing from start. Simone and his sous chef, Mateo, made us feel incredibly welcome with this memorable evening. The playlist was perfect for all genres. Chef Simone’s instructions were clear, engaging, and easy to follow. You use the freshest ingredients, and every detail had been thoughtfully planned. Simone’s clean and inviting home added to the overall charm of the experience. The food we created was absolutely delicious, and the care and expertise Simone brought to the class were evident in every bite. This is more than just a cooking class—it’s a complete cultural and culinary journey. Oh and the wine was amazing! Just book and tell him Jay recommended!

    This is a must! The Rockin Kitchen was a true highlight of our Milano visit. Our chef Simone is truly a generous teacher and a lovely host. My pasta was a first time success cooking experience-to the dancing tunes of Tina Turner! I will recommend this experience to everyone.

    A fantastic experience! Immediately the hosts made me feel comfortable and created a relationship with the other participants. Preparing dinner to the rhythm of music by kneading, making pasta interspersing everything with a good glass of wine and pleasant conversations was a bit like returning as a child when in Calabria on Sundays everyone cooked together with grandmother with the only difference that here there was a chef to steer the ship. If you want to spend a different evening and not just dinner out this experience is definitely the right choice! You will return home satisfied, having made new acquaintances, heard life stories between a laugh and a good dinner.

    Hello, everyone! Here at Rockin Kitchen you learn the secrets of fresh pasta in the least boring and most fun way: to the rhythm of music. It starts immediately with the processing of eggs and flour. We will then take some time for an aperitif based on Piadina romagnola and other typical products and a good red wine. You then return to the workbench to prepare cappelletti and tagliatelle. Once everything is finished you can taste your own creations. All always singing and dancing the evergreens of all time!
