    Luke provided great information on our tour. He made our day a lot of fun. He took us to all the sites we requested and even added a couple of places he thought would interest us…and it did! We would strongly recommend this tour and Luke I promise you won’t be sorry!

    Luke was a marvelous guide. We were comfortable from the start. He was very knowledgeable of the area and felt passionately about it. It was easy to share his enthusiasm. He adjusted the tour to meet our needs, including going to the beach…a perfect day!

    Luke was a wonderful guide. He is personable and full of knowledge. He even brought typical sweets and snacks for us to try. It would have taken two ship excursions to see what he showed us. Doing what only amounts to a snapshot of the area, it was great to have someone from the area to talk to as well. We recommend him highly.

    We took several tours while we were in Scotland. This one was by far the best one. Luke is very professional. He is very knowledgeable and he gave us plenty of time to see the things that really interested in. And in our opinion this is the most interesting part of Scotland.

    The day trip with Luke was great. He has responded to all wishes and has also taken short-term wishes into account. Our small group saw so much in a short time and the information from Luke about all the sights was very well explained.

    Port Stoth

    A stunning little cove with white shell sands and turquoise waters. Formerly the Outer Hebrides' northerly most landing for cargo, it was used until the 1960's due to lack of road infrastructure. The base of a crane remains next to a storage building built from the same red brick as Butt of Lewis Lighthouse.

    Often described as the windiest place in the UK, the Butt of Lewis Lighthouse built in the 1860's to aid shipping is unusual in that it is one of few built in red brick shipped into nearby Port Stoth. Watch waves crash against the magnificent cliffs and spot soaring seabirds and seals swimming below.
