What to expect
Belgrade
Your tour host will pick you up at the address of your hotel or other location in the city of Belgrade (or in Sarajevo if you choose to take vice versa trip). From Belgrade, you'll take a scenic road toward West Serbia and Mokra Gora.

Drina River House
After two and a half hours drive, you'll reach Bajina Basta town and the first attraction for the day. The famous Drina river house sits on the rock in the middle of the river. This unusual sight is probably the most photographed place in this part of Serbia and an ideal place for a coffee break or fresh raspberry juice.
30 minutes
After a coffee and photo break, you'll continue towards Mokra Gora and Sargan Eight train ride. On the way, you'll pass through the amazing Tara National Park for more breathtaking views.
The Šargan Eight
Just 40 minutes from Bajina Basta, we reach Mokra Gora where you’ll get onboard of romantic Sargan Eight train. Authentic cars with wooden seats, wood-burning stoves, and characteristic rattling sounds will take you back to 1925 when this railway was opened. During the 2,5h ride, you will pass and stop at several stations and viewpoints which will give you a chance to take amazing photo shots. The track on this section is around 15km long and passes through 22 tunnels overcoming an altitude difference of 300m.

After the scenic train ride, get ready for more amazing sights. The next stop is Bosnia and its beautiful Višegrad town. In this little town, you'll meet a UNESCO heritage sight- the famous Drina Bridge. For almost 500 years this bridge connects two banks of Drina river and impresses everyone with its stunning architecture. To get the best view from all angles you can take a boat ride on the river and have a true Drina experience. After exploring the Bridge we recommend trying the local Ćevapčići, in a nearby restaurant. After all attractions and activities, we are driving straight to Sarajevo.

Sarajevo
From Visegrad, it takes around 2 hours drive to reach Sarajevo. Drop-off is at your address, in the late evening. This transfer tour can be done in the opposite direction, from Sarajevo to Belgrade with the same sightseeing stops.
