Come and share my experience as a textile designer in a beautiful Provençal workshop where I print with the ancestral block print technique. (from India) Blockprinting is a traditional textile printing technique, which will take you on a journey from India to Provence. It's a story of heritage and transmission, and it leads to a fabulous technique. You will learn how to choose wooden blocks (from India, Africa, Afghanistan) and how to coordinate patterns and colors, make your samples and proceed to create your own wall panel for the decoration of your interior or a scarf for yourself or to offer, according to your desires. I welcome you to my studio by the sea where the calm and meditative atmosphere will be conducive to a deep connection between the soul and the sea. This workshop will be followed by a very nice Provençal "snack" and a discussion about our creation.
