    This city tour was great. The tour guide was very informative. Lunch was amazing! I would recommend.

    The tour started later than advertised. After short stops for sightseeing photos we were taken to a jewelry store for over one hour stop. This caused the tour to run late and we were the last passengers to get back to our cruise ship. A very stressful ride back from mountains wondering if our cruise would leave without us

    This tour was not as listed. Entire tour included spending 90% of 6 hrs in a very small van with high back seats which limited view and difficulty getting out at the 6 stops. 4 stops involved a jewelry store with high pressure sales people, a leather shop, a tequila tasting and sales. Lunch was offered for purchase but was not accessible due to long high steps. We were forced to sit in the tequila area for over 90 minutes waiting for the others to come back to the van. We were not allowed to wait in the van.

    I would not recommend this excursion if you are on a cruise ship. I received a text on the morning of this excursion and I texted back and told them we were working on ship time which was an hour behind local time. I did not receive a text back. The ship did not let us off till 10 o’clock local time which was 9 o’clock ship time when I arrived at the chocolate shop they had already left for the excursion the man who owned the chocolate shop arranged for us to catch a taxi to catch them up 10 out of 10 to the chocolate shop owner when we arrived we had missed an hour and 20 minutes we met them at a leather goods shop spent over an hour there being given the hard sell to buy leather goods that nobody wanted .we then drove to the tequila factory we didn’t get to see production of tequila, as stated in the itinerary we tasted some tequilas and then given the hard sell again to buy tequila we then had to wait over an hour for people to eat food in the restaurant. I couldn’t eat in the restaurant because it was all seafood and I have allergies. We did not go to the old town or lazaro cardenas park I believe this excursion is a scam what the itinerary says is not what you get the transportation seats are very hard and uncomfortable. I would recommend for people to book with the cruise line because their itinerary is what you get. I give this excursion 0 out of 10 do not book it.
