What to expect

Tour the center, see a very unique spiritual exhibition, and experience a few minutes of Raja Yoga Meditation. The atmosphere gives the feeling of peace and calm. Raja Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses entirely on meditation, without physical asanas (postures). The total time for tour and meditation experience is about 45 minutes. Welcome in advance!

Tour the center or take a Raja Yoga Meditation class. The center tour takes about 30 minutes. The meditation class take about one hour. Raja Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses entirely on meditation, without physical asanas (postures). Classes are by appointment.
