Michael, My Guide was simply superb. His passion for Palestine and genuine enthusiasm for sharing his knowledge and experience was faultless. The tour was tailored slightly to meet my needs of a little more time in Ramallah to visit the Yasser Arafat Mausoleum and Museum. There was never any rush and plenty of time to soak in the (sometimes somber) atmosphere of both Bethlehem and Ramallah. We shared stories over an ice cream in a wonderful parlour in Ramallah City and had time for coffee and a snack in what turned out to be a full on sensational day. I can thoroughly recommend this tour if you are thinking of going to the West Bank. 5*****

The tour was phenomenal! I learnt so much more about Palestine. I got really deep insights into culture, politics and society. Moreover, Hazem answered all my plenty questions with a lot of patience. The whole tour was super well organized and well thought through!
