    I have taken this Tour before but this time with 2 friends. Absolutely horrified to see my credit card statement to day with a charge of £98.50. Clearly the cst is a lot less than this. Have sent an e mail requesting a refund but no answer. Something is certainly not right here so have reported this to my credit card company. There are no clear instructions when boarding the bus, you insert your credit card but nothing informed me I would be charged £98.50 or the equivalent amount in euros. It’s very rushed boarding and paying because there’s lots of passengers boarding. I’m a very regular visitor to Majorca and speak Spanish so if I’d seen any necessary in either English or Spanish regarding the payment process I would have acted accordingly. My 2 friends noticed nothing. They paid in cash

    The hop on hop off buses did not stop to pick us up. The bus that did pick us up stopped at a different stop than where we got on leaving is worth a long walk back to our shuttle bus.

    A good tour. But I remained very disappointed because they don't have respect for disability and disable people.it was 21/06/2024 ,I was with my wife and my disable son they treated him like a normal people , we travel always never seen something like this.

    Bus stops closed and not marked as closed, bus stops not easily identified as city bus stops. In frequent buses. Bought tickets from hotel they hadn’t been notified of stop closures, they were also under the impression that busses run every 20 minutes but they were more like every 40 minutes. Perhaps they need to tell ticket sellers to inform people to download app, as when out and about not easy to do. I have also been all over the world and this is far the worse service ever…. Total waste of money and there was eight of us, we ended up using a taxi.

    Complete waste of money! The bus was so crowded that we had to stand. The earphones are so poor quality that you cannot understand anything the guide is saying. No ac. I enjoyed a lot more when I took just the regular bus, which also costs only a fraction of this. After the trip the company asked for feedback. Most of my feedback was negative and only the positive part was published
