    A bit of a drive but part of the adventure and so worth it. Water temp was perfect - warm enough for those who don't like a cold plunge but cool enough for those who hate "bath" water. And it really was as blue as the photos. Lunch aftward was an extra bonus.

    My favorite experience in Costa Rica (so far). We had a hike and tubing package that included a lunch. I was expecting soggy sandwiches and fruit, but we received chicken casados! What?? Great start so far. We went on a 2 hour tubing tour of the Rio Celeste which was FUN! We’re not experienced river rats, so this was rough enough to be fun, but not rough enough to be scary. The splashy pics show the roughest it gets. We stopped and 2 spots with a beginner Tarzan swing. Really fun trip!

    My husband and I had such a great experience! Our driver, Steven, was a pleasure and our tubing guide, Danny, was off the charts! He did everything he could to be sure we were safe and had a great time! The water wasn’t blue but it was still pretty and the rapids were fast… which we LOVED! Sightings: toucans, howler monkeys, sloths 5 STARS!

    The trip itself was great! The tubes were in great shape, as were the helmets we used. The staff worked hard at keeping the ground together and getting us off the rocks when we were stuck. The water was the perfect temperature and clear and clean. Food was great before the tubing trip that we took. I was disappointed and frustrated in the lack of refund available when 1 family member couldn't attend the trip at all (stayed at home in the states) and 1 got car sick on the way there, which another family member stayed back to take care of him. Even when we explained the situation, they said no, so we paid for 6 spots and only used 3.
