Please arrive at the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island at the V&A Waterfront with your included Robben Island ticket and your passport copy on your mobile phone or paper, atleast 30-minutes before the time shown on your Robben Island ticket and join the boat departures queue. From there you will take a ferry boat to Robben Island.
Arriving at Robben Island you will disembark the ferry boat and join a shared guided bus tour in a coach with a driver and in-person tour guide, who will conduct the tour of the island in English. There will be a stop for restrooms and photos along the way. Then you will meet an ex-political prisoner who will share his story about life on the island as a prisoner.
