No itinerary description to how to get there. We asked for the details one day ahead and missed our trip due to misunderstandings with the agency. We asked for catching up since we paid 130€ for two persons but due to the terms of Tripadvisor all the money was lost. Be aware and check with your hotel, who is locally much more affordable and friendly rather than Tripadvisor. Got so mad that we decided to never use this service again!

Family friendly, multi-lingual (good English), and exactly as advertised. Perfect for my family of 6, with 4 kids under 13. The boat was clean, well stocked, and in good shape. The crew was professional, service oriented, and communicated regularly during the cruise about the plans and conditions. The food was delicious and plentiful. There were all sorts of beverages and snacks, available and served by the crew. The scenery was amazing. Highly recommended.

We used JPH for an excursion on our honeymoon, and we booked a boathouse at the Tamassa resort. The whole day was brilliant. We made an error with our transfer, and turned up 30 minutes late for the taxi, which in turn meant we turned up ten minutes after the scheduled departure. Was there a hint of displeasure at us? Nope, nothing. The catamaran was well-equipped, the crew were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was just superb. We saw dolphins, then did some snorkelling before a BBQ lunch. The BBQ was great, by the way - sausages, fish, steak, chicken and all the salad and pasta you wanted. It was all prepped right there on the boat. All your drinks were included in the price, and there was no skimping - if you wanted a beer, you got a beer. If you wanted rum and coke, you got rum and coke. Of course, the beautiful surroundings helped, the warm blue sea, sandy beach of the island we stopped at and the warm sun, but that alone doesn't get five stars. Like everything in Mauritius, it was the people that set it apart, from the warm, 'no-pressure' enquiry at the boathouse right through to the staff on the boat. Nothing was too much trouble. If we're ever back in Mauritius, and I hope we are, I wouldn't hesitate to use JPH again.

What an amazing experience!! The crew took so good care of us, telling us the history behind what we were seeing, always taking care of us, attention to detail. We saw the dolphins, snorkeling, visit the island. The food was perfect and the beverage were always coming! Recommend, top!!
