What to expect

Sangria Workshop: A Taste of Spain in Every Glass. Join us for a fun time in the center of Madrid preparing and tasting different kinds of sangría while learning about its history and the necessary ingredients of the most famous spanish drink. Over the next couple of hours, you’ll be guided through the process of making 3 distinct sangria styles, each with its own story, flavor profile, and flair. From the bold richness of the Classic Red Sangria to the tropical sparkle of sherry infused blend, you’ll learn how to balance flavors, choose the right ingredients, and add your personal touch to each recipe. But sangria is best enjoyed with good company and great food. Throughout the evening, you’ll also be treated to a curated tasting of local cheeses and authentic Manchego, a Spanish sheep’s milk cheese known for its nutty, buttery richness. These pairings are chosen to enhance the flavor notes of each sangria and deepen your appreciation for how simple ingredients can come together in delicious harmony. Don't worry about forgeting everything, we will send you a pdf with all the recipes at the end of the class. Non alcoholic and vegan options available.
