    This trip reminded us of a Cruise to Nowhere, if you like those cruises you will like this. We were in 1st class. The scenery is all the same, what you see driving along Route 25. The train moves slowly. The bar menu is extensive, food choices minimal. The pre-bought charcuterie was amazingly small. The service was excellent but could not make up for the shortcomings.

    Very relaxing and a fun ride. Beautiful views at sunset. We took so many photos! We went first class and it was worth it. As the trip went on, people became more relaxed and started singing along with the guitar player. Later a singer from the Santa Fe Opera came on and did 3 songs. What a surprise. We are not opera loves but she was amazing. That probably doesn't happen on every trip.

    A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. ONE OF THE BEST TRAIN TOURS TO DATE. THE HISTORIAN/NARRATOR WAS EXCELLENT. ARTICULATE AND INFORMATIVE. THE STAFF SERVICE WAS SUPERB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR TO EVERYONE.

    Too Slow, and WAY Too Long (3.5 hours). Boring, Repetitive Scenery during afternoon. We didn't book the sunset ride due to scheduling conflicts, so the Sunday at 1:30 pm was the only time we could all go. The music was not that good, and the acoustics in the Celeste Train car were terrible, so that the ride itself was just loud, noisy and not relaxing. We couldn't converse very well. We don't drink alcohol and didn't choose to buy the charcuterie board because we can't eat the fatty, salty meats. The train ride itself was overpriced given the quality of the ride - too slow, an poor track conditions. Two of our party are experienced railfans, and understand these things, but two of our party are not experienced, and didn't understand that conditions of the tracks and conditions of the equipment often govern the speed. Still, us two experienced railfans who booked the ride hated the whole experience, would never ride this train again, and do not recommend it to others. We sat in two facing seats, and the legroom was just barely adequate. If the acoustics were better, SkyRailway might be able to offer some occasional narration about what the visitor is seeing, but I would never recommend that they run constant narration. What a waste of a whole day of vacation and almost $500.00 for 4 people to ride. No wonder they don't allow reviews on their own website!

    Great time! The margaritas were wonderful and the musician, Mr Steele, was a pleasure to listen to. Highly recommend as a fun, laid back activity - great way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Don't miss Tomisitos for dinner when you get off the train.
