    Stelios operates a great kayak adventure in this beautiful Crete locale. He was easy going but professional. The kayaks were his own expert designs and well suited for the sea. Our family was thrilled by the waves, exercised by the paddling, and ready for the tavern lunch and swimming at the break. This was a legit guided kayak experience well suited for our family. I expect that they excel with more qualified kayakers but appreciated the patience with a family trip!

    If anyone is hesitant to join this trip because you haven't been kayaking before, know the guides are very patient with those with little to no experience. I had a great time and it was one of my best experiences on Crete.

    We had two wonderful days paddling, one with Yves and one with Stelios. It's always nice to paddle with locals who know the good spots. Yves knows almost everything about the cretan plants and Stelios designs and manufactures awesome SeaKayaks and knows where the best Tiramisu is served.

    Fantastic day trip to Loutro with Yves. Yves gave us an excellent introduction and the kayak, oars and kit were excellent quality. Then we were off along the beatiful coast. Lunch at loutro was delicious, and we kayak'd some more up the coast then returned to Sweet water beach where we snorkled and had an icecream. All in all a brilliant day and experience.

    We did the Sfakia to Loutro kayaking day trip with Yves and what an enjoyable day it turned out to be! The group had a detailed introduction before we set off, we spent time at a couple of different beaches throughout the day with the chance to snorkel and see some wild goats. We had a lovely lunch in Loutro, organised by Yves, where they served some of the best food we’ve had in Crete (for example goat and local fish)! Yves is such a funny character, we had a good laugh over lunch and he is also very knowledgeable! Quality kayaks especially compared to some other companies which we saw on the day. I would highly recommend booking your kayak trip with Enjoy Crete!

    There are sea caves and wonderful beaches (Sweet water beach etc) for swimming and snorkelling along our way to the small village of Loutro where we will stop for lunch. You can either eat in a taverna or you can bring your own. The food in the village is excellent and there is a wide variety including many recipes for vegetarians. Single or tandem (double) kayaks are available. People with no experience will be given a tandem kayak as those are easier to paddle. Experienced paddlers can get superb boats from Nigel Dennis, Valley, North Shore and P&H.
