We enjoyed a lovely afternoon at Konzelmann Estates. Gabriella was our server during the seated wine tasting. . She was the perfect ambassador for Konzelmann as she exuded confidence, knowledge and was dignified in her approach. She is an ethereal professional. She gave us good wine recommendation and gave us a little history lesson about the Estate and the region. Highly recommend their wines and the tasting event. Ask for Gabriella to help you during your next wine tasting!

First trip to Konzelmann was a great experience! We did a tasting and food pairing with charcuterie. You can't beat the view this winery offers. Enjoyed everything at our tasting. The peach wine was fantastic. The Baco Noir was also a standout. Would return!

Had made reservations ahead of time. Did not care for room for tasting. Just a bar. No water between tasting . Disappointed.

I generally don't review to point out the negatives of an experience, but my husband and I were both a little disappointed in the Seated Tasting. The price was comparable to those we've attended at other Niagara on the Lake wineries, but the experience was very rushed. There were several tables of guests being taken care of by a French speaking young man who was very attentive and informative, and gave them ample time to taste and ask questions before moving on to the next glass. The young man helping us filled all of our glasses at once, told us the order in which we should taste them, and gave the briefest possible description of each. He then proceeded walk away and polish glasses at the bar. We could see the next group of guests waiting at the door - which didn't help the situation. Needless to say - we had no incentive to make a purchase at the shop using the $5. discount coupon we were given.
