    getting a big overview of Paris was good , but crowded. And it was obnoxiously loud to the point we had to cover our ears every time we passed under a bridge -! People would scream and yell and even though there was one announcement made not to do that -it continued - the man who sat in front of stood the entire time playing tour guide to his large family- to crowded to move seats- he also was yelling under bridges- would not do it again - it’s a lottery- maybe I would pay for a smaller dinner cruise-

    Was never able to do this tour. Directions inadequate and when we met with your guide, would not allow us to join saying we did not have reservations. Will be disputing this charge. Very poor service when trying to contact customer service! Unacceptable!

    Boat cruise was very good and enjoyable. Easy to redeem. Viator is confusing as they said I had to go to a meeting point to collect tickets which never happened. The code I got in my email was the boat code

    Great time to go at dusk. Able to see sights and it was dark at end. Able to see Eiffel Tower lit up Very crowded and noisy. Get there early to find seat upstairs. Sit on port side left for best veiws
