    It was interesting trip, regardless of the seating I had. More annoying were irresponsible parents who took their young restless children into confined environment for hour's journey. Otherwise, it was well worth the money, one of a kind experience.

    So they cram you into the boat, particularly the bottom submersible part. As other reviews say, half the people will be facing inwards to the other hull and see very little, yet still pay full price.

    The process of boarding the ship was really smooth, tour operator was helpful with parking suggestions and waited a few minutes while we parked and then walked to the pier. We sat on the outside of the boat and so got a very good view of the sea depths, the space is small and airconditioned so comfort was not too bad. We were able to see lots of fish and some coral, and take some good videos. My toddlers really loved it and can't stop talking about it. They also loved being able to sit outside on the deck, though they wold have much preferred to stay below deck! I personally felt it was a bit cramped though, especially having two small children. I would much prefer to pay a bit more and have a bit more space to turn around and such. Marking out seats so that one can pay for multiple seats would be an option? All in all, very good value for money and a perfect afternoon activity especially for children.

    I booked online using the website for 4 adults and a child aged 6 extremely easy to do. Received a confirmation email with download tickets. Which I did and saved to my Google Wallet. A day before we were due to visit I received a reminder email from them saying looking forward to meeting everyone. We booked the 13:00 trip as we were driving from Stalis only a 35 min drive however, I thought the 11:30 trip might be a little early. We parked by the Hospital €4 all day. Then walked down the hill to the Port. Approximately 10 mins to the yellow submarine. We arrived about 20 mins before the trip started and boarded. Sat above deck. Once it sailed everyone was invited to go below in the the catamarans. Tip if you want to be first down, don't sit on the top deck. When you go down the steps into the catamarans a member of staff will direct you left or right. This is either outward facing to the sea or inward facing towards the other catamaran. To be honest, the outward facing seats have a better view. Also the crew feed the fish which obviously encourages them to come close to she vessel. If you get an outer seat you can still stand up and look out the other side. The glass I believe is 40mm so don't worry. So the views are good of the ocean floor and fish. Thoroughly enjoyed it our Grandson was really excited and is still talking about it. The crew are friendly enough, there is a vending machine on board if you haven't brought any water with you. It does get slightly stuffy down in the catamaran but is was very hot the day we went. There are fans though. So would I recommend it. Yes 100% especially for kids.

    I was able to go on this with my family while in Agios Nikolaos and had an amazing experience! The crew is fantastic, and so kind, and clearly, felt like family. We fell in love with George who literally sailed the seven seas - Thank you for the great conversation. We loved getting to explore the turquoise water in this way, and see the nearby island unclose. Their's even food and drinks you can purchase onboard. And, if you get sea sick, they have special gum they can offer you. We really recommend getting on board while you're in town. Lots of love tot the Semi-Submarine crew!
