Driver was nice and played good music. Though I had to remind him to drop us off at the hotel specified. He was about to drop us off in middle of town and said that was one of 2 stops - either that one or the stop by the ferry.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to bring many bags on our trip. We chose this shuttle, even though it was more expensive than others, because it promised to pick us up and drop us off at our preferred locations for this reason. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
In Antigua, we had to walk about a block to the shuttle with all our luggage. When we reached the shuttle, our driver did not greet us. Instead, his first words were that we would have to pay extra for our bags, which we found quite off-putting and unreasonable, especially since the service we paid for was not provided as promised. Additionally, upon arriving in Panajachel, we again had to walk to our hostel with all our luggage, even though the tour clearly stated that pick-up and drop-off were included.
Furthermore, on the way, we passed a severe accident. Our driver was honking impatiently to get past ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars, which was unhelpful and added to the overall unpleasant experience. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. I would recommend considering other, potentially cheaper, companies that might provide a more pleasant and reliable service.

I texted the tour operator the day of just to confirm pickup location and they responded promptly. We picked up other around town were done in about 20 mins and we were on our way.

We will pick up passengers at their hotel or accommodation location in the historic center of Antigua for transport TO Panajachel.
In Panajachel, we depart from the docks, or the central hotels. Please specify your pickup address when booking.
Please be ready 15 minutes before departure time to allow for the pick-up of additional passengers. There may also be a wait as the shuttles collect people from around town. Your patience is appreciated.
What to expect
Passengers will be picked up either at their accommodation location in Antigua, or at the dock or a hotel in Panajachel.
The trip takes approximately 3 hours without traffic or other delays. There will be one restroom stop if requested. The route is along winding, mountainous roads, so please prepare yourself if you are prone to motion sickness.
Please leave yourself ample time if you have an ongoing connection.
You will be dropped off at your accommodation in Antigua, or in the central hotels or at the dock in Panajachel. For those staying within the center of Panajachel, you can request drop off at your hotel if the accommodation location is on a street that is wide enough to accommodate our bus.
