This Ship originally a Soviet Union ship used to service oil rigs before being decommissioned in 1992. In 1999, the ship was resigned for freight in Panama, where it got its infamous name.

The water at this popular coast is a breathtaking turquoise, with shallow depths leading off for a very great distance off the beach.
