It was super easy to get a ride scheduled and paid for. My hotel had the flyers at the front desk and I needed to get into town to meet some friends for dinner. The person on the phone was super helpful and Denali Transportation Service got a shuttle sent to my hotels lobby within 10 minutes. I paid online, so it was quick and easy. The driver was super friendly and gave me a few good ideas of things to do in the area during the rest of my stay. 10/10 recommend these guys.

Hunter was our driver and he did a decent job. Originally I booked through Viator for a 2pm pickup. Our plans changed and I called and spoke to Hunter about a week in advance of our reservation to ask if we could change to an earlier time of 10am on the same day. He agreed and we were set. The day before the drive, I received a confirmation from Viator with the 2pm departure time. I called Hunter again that same day and left a message to confirm the 10am. He did not respond that day so I called again in the morning and left another message. When I got ahold of him, he did confirm 10am pickup. So we were ready to go before 10am and he actually arrived at about 1010am. Not a big deal to us, but every other tour or shuttle we took during our time in Denali was on time or early. A couple of things that did not feel good; one that Hunter passed about 4 cars at one time, crossing over a railroad track before getting back into the right lane---this made me nervous. The second thing was that he was looking at his phone at various times through out the drive, which is not cool when you are transporting paid passengers. The ride was not cheap ($1000) one way, so at that rate, the least I would expect was a high level of service. Nice enough guy, but I'd like a higher level of professionalism.
