    We booked a pub crawl experience and the tour guide did not want to take us due to low amount of registrants (there was only 4 of us) and that Friday would have more people. On top of this, her boyfriend showed up and she wanted to spend time with her boyfriend so clearly did not want to take our group around. We said we could not make it the next day because we already had plans. We were guaranteed a refund since we did not go anywhere. When i requested the refund your company had the ODACITY to decline the refund saying the “tour guide said we did not show up the next day” when we clearly stated to her that we already had plans for that night. This is bad business etiquette and unprofessional. Do not waste your money!!!

    A Very vibrant host who always engaged the guests and had a very close watch on their comfort zone. Energetic, full of exuberance and always smiling Trish, Riva, Ananya left no stone unturned to make this crawl a very happy and memorable one. It was fun filled happy moments meeting fellow traveler across the world

    Tour guide never showed up and they refused to refund me. Find a different pub crawl or just save some time and burn the $30.
