    We never received out tickets. Instead we received several messages saying we would be getting them but they never were delivered. Luckily, it is not expensive to go so we paid out of pocket. I will think twice about using a TripAdvisor event sponsored by these folks/events where you are unable to print your tickets as they are purchased. Otherwise, all other experiences have been good.

    Our experience was brilliant. We used the stairs. We climbed up the stairs in our own time and could take phots along the way. We will do it again

    Everything was great. Ticket received day before and was easy to use. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

    The process to get into the eiffel tower was stressful. "Skip the line" does not exist. Everyone got in the same lines and waited to get in. (Everyone had to wait in line twice and go through two security checkpoints.) Having the electronic tickets was still an advantage over buying the tickets at the booth. Aside from that, the new experience of touring the tower was acceptable especially with family.

    Flawless experience from start to finish. We got there, went up quickly and enjoyed the evening immensely. (They also did an incredible job at giving us the time slot we had requested.)
