    Terrible service and not recommended for anyone. The direction of meeting and pick up point is wrong! We arrived at the site 10 minutes before the meeting time. No other is there to greet you. at the last moment, I called and was told the meeting points 10 minutes away in their office

    This is a scam. The tickets they sell are not accepted at the museum and are overpriced. This museum isn’t busy so you can buy at the front.

    Don't book through TripAdvisor. The voucher/ticket they send you will not work at the entrance. We had to go back in the line and buy tickets.

    The tickets were not accepted. Spent more than 100 dollars and could not enter in the museum. The email rivets received from trip advisor were not recognized at the door

    Problem in booking with the website The ticket received by e-mail was not the right one to go to the museum since there was not the QR CODE I was able to call the Tripadvisor service who sent me the QR CODE by email but the link for the audio guide that I paid was not the right one. We had to buy a new one at the museum. Very disappointed with this benefit J therefore awaits the refund
