    The pre-booking was well designed and on arrival everything was easy and fast. The views were incredible and lunch at the restaurant was very nice too

    One World Observatory was the first of the five skyscrapers we visited during our trip to New York, and it was truly a moving experience. Visiting One World is not just about the incredible views, but also about the significance of its location above the 9/11 Memorial. The observatory is entirely indoors, offering stunning panoramic views of the city and beyond, including distant glimpses of The Edge and its striking corner terrace. Although it doesn’t have open-air spaces like some other observatories, the height and design of One World make it a must-see. It was the first skyscraper we visited, and it left a lasting impression on us. Each of New York’s skyscrapers has its own unique charm, but One World’s combination of history, architecture, and views make it a standout experience. I highly recommend making it part of your New York itinerary.

    We originally wanted to go to the Empire State Building, but 3 failed attempts to use our credit cards led to this decision. A video from a New York YouTuber praising the One World Observatory led us to this. We booked the evening tickets for 8:10 pm, which gave us a 15 USD discount per person. New York at night was fantastic, although it would have helped to have a person by our side to explain what you were seeing. Still, just having this experience was the cherry on top of our last day in New York. Cheaper than all other tall buildings.

    Just wasn't with it. Others bring much more value for the price of the ticket. Summit or Empire State Building bring better value.

    First of all, amazing views across Manhattan and Brooklyn and jersey and beyond just before and after sunset. Can’t beat that. Elevator staff were great. Went to restaurant and asked to see a drinks menu, rude woman standing doing nothing pointed at menus and said “there”. No customer service. Restaurant was quiet so we were going to have a drink and were told we could only sit in the middle at the bar as seats around outside were for guests who were paying to eat by the gentleman who was also there. Rude! We walked to the nice lady on the Sip stand, got two Heineken to then be told they were a cashless building. Not everyone likes dealing with cards in foreign countries as tourists as charges can be very high. What if a child wanted to buy something with their hard earned cash from the gift shop - tough would be their answer. We fortunately could pay by card but was irked at this as we had the cash with us. PS no issue with tipping in cash I see. Need to sort this out WTC, you are only looking after those who have cards at this point and alienating others.
