    We were unable to use the tickets due to a scheduling conflict. If possible I would like a refund because I left Seattle already

    Horrible, it isn't clear on directions or locations. It's located in downtown seattle not the space needle! Even though it clearly shows the space needle. Tickets are non refundable. Very disapointed. Waste of time and money.

    This offering is misleading, it is not the Space Needle Observatory, and they do not offer refund, knowing that some will mistakenly purchase.

    This company is a ripoff. I thought I was getting tickets for the Seattle space needle. When I tried to cancel, it just said all sales are final.
