    I had the most fun on this trip, it was my birthday present to myself and I am not at all disappointed with the trip! I loved learning about the train and the interesting facts about the redwoods. I would totally go back and take a different train ride!!

    Overrated. 12 minutes out, 45 minutes waiting, 12 minutes back. The views and explanations of the redwoods were interesting but not enough to justify the price.

    We were in need of some rejuvenating adventure and that’s what we got. We had the best time, truly. We happened upon a wedding and Bigfoot even made an appearance!

    Probably great for kids, but fairly boring for adults. The train ride is about 20 minutes in each direction and there was not much to see on the short ride to and from Glen Blair Junction. The walk among the redwoods was nice, but the path was narrow and crowded. And, it is expensive.

    Beautiful way to see the area. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice way to get to a nice hiking spot as well. BYO lunch - lovely pavilion with drinks for sale at end. Even a unique gift shop (and I’m not a gift shop sort of person) at start/end. So fun!
