    This is incredible and I would strongly recommend going here as it seems a lot quieter than the Blue Lagoon. We arrived at 9:15 in the morning and there were not many people there at all. Staff were incredibly helpful, showing you where to go and what to do for the 7 steps - which I thought was worth it! The swim up bar is a nice touch too. Amazing views of the Atlantic as well as lovely hotter spots all around the pool and seats in the water. So lovely. My boys wanted to go back they loved it so much and said that this was their favourite thing of our Icelandic holiday!!!

    We took the bath in the evening on Aug.25, 2024. Very rude lady at the bar service. We purchased Pure pass a while back. At the time we took the bath, they changed their tiers to Saman and Ser instead of Pure Lite, Pure and Sky. The confirmation email only listed the name of the package, but not the content. Their website does not show old packages anymore. Thus I could not check but I thought one drink was included. During the check in, the reception lady mentioned to us non-alcoholic drink was included in our package. By the time we approached the bar. First no greeting from the lady, then I asked if one drink is included, she answered with very cold tune “No”. I started explaining that I could not check what was included but the reception lady told us Juice was included. She then scanned my wristband and said No again. Finally she said I can check with reception if you want. In the end a manager called Ellvar (apologize if I spell the name wrong) came over and offered a free drink because they do not want us to feel rudeness and want to make us happy. It was a real nice gesture from the manager. Thumb up for his customer service. But we declined the offer since we did not want them to feel like we demand a drink without paying. All we wanted was a nice and proper explanation instead of a cold and rude response. Anyway. This experience was really bad. The lagoon itself was a fantastic experience.

    A truly amazing, relaxing experience that set the stage for the next step of our Europe journey. Should have spent two days soaking in the pools and drinking!!

    4 fist pumps out of 3 Cool Aid Man "Oh Yeah's"! Fantastic people, the lagoon and sauna views, especially with a sunset made for movies, far exceeded our expectations! The people we met had lovely souls and the volcanic eruption was an outstanding bonus! Thank you! We will be back
