    The view is amazing. The barcode given by Viator did not work, and I had to exit the line to get printed tickets.

    Most breathtaking views of Chicago! A must see while there. Go early to avoid bigger crowd. Must do!!

    We reserved our timed entry ticket for 6:30 pm using City pass and had no issues. We used the Citypass app to make the reservation and felt we got value from using the Citypass during our stay. We were a little late due to dinner running long but there was no problem getting in when we arrived and no line. There were quite a few exhibits to look at on our way to the elevator about the tower and local history, so we were about 20 minutes before making it to the elevator- but we could have walked past this if we wanted as there was no large crowd here on the day we visited. The elevator ride was quick and there was information provided on the way up. The views were amazing from the top. There was a much longer wait for the ledge/skydeck, and those with priority tickets were able to get express entry (not us). We waited about half an hour but it was worth it and the skydeck experience was awesome! The glass floor was very cool and after the photographer’s shot we took as many pictures as our 90 seconds on glass ledge would permit. Attendants are present and they time the 90 seconds so be ready! Because of when we arrived and the wait for the ledge/skydeck, we were able to get both daylight and nighttime views- good planning tip for future. It was a fun and unique experience- would highly recommend!

    The purchasing process and the accessibility was very good and organized. The customer service during the visit went great until we went to the Skydeck floor where the customer service was not so good.
