People have been fascinated by windsurfing for over 40 years. From relaxed cruising to radical freestyle and wave riding, this water sport affords pleasure for everyone! Our windsurf school is situated in Lagos, on the south coast of the Portuguese Algarve. A location that offers excellent conditions for learning and practicing windsurf in Portugal, thanks to the lagoon situated between Lagos and Alvor. In the shallow water, you can easily slide and enjoy your first rides as a beginner or improve your daring freestyle maneuvers as a more experienced windsurfer. The sheltered lagoon is blessed by the reliable and powerful Nortada wind. During the course of the day, the warm winds are accelerated by the surrounding landscape and offer ideal conditions for beginners and windsurfers at an advanced stage to learn new windsurf moves safely and quickly. Please note that the lesson timings are subject to change. We will confirm the exact meeting time the day before your lesson, typically around 18:00.
