    While we signed up for the Sonata tasting, Matthew (the tasting room manager) also poured a few bonus wines based on our preferences. And WOW! The new 2021 Sonata was fantastic (don't get me wrong - the rest of the wines were incredible too) plus we loved the Romanza! Can't wait until they release the 2022. Of course we joined their club. If you are in Paso - don't miss out. They are located in Tin City but not in the main section - they are off to the right.

    Such a beautiful faculty and the wines are so unique and beautiful! If you like Reds this is your place. Full of heavy, dark fruit and lively acid, this wine offers a bit more weight than expected from a Pinot Noir. You must visit!

    Matthew is amazing and the wine is great. I strongly recommend stopping by and leaving with a bottle of the 2019 Aria… Thank me later.

    Syrahs and Pinots were incredible, flavorful and long lasting. Matthew was amazing with explaining the wines and their nuances. Run don’t walk!

    A Sunday afternoon of music, BBQ and fantastic wines on the Al Lago patio In Tin City. Highly recommend visiting- gorgeous red blends. The Syrah was perfect with tri tip. Get there 2015 Pinot before it is gone- it is drinking beautifully right now!
