Absolutely awful way to waste a day of your holiday. Picked up from the hotel and taken to a port, crammed into a catamaran with 76 people! Nowhere to sit, no shade, then floated around the port in the rain for an hour waiting for others guests to arrive.
You are then taken to Soufriere, bundled into a cramped, packed old bus, and herded round the tour sites. So many people you have about 2 minutes in the mud baths (and no opportunity to see the volcano as you are made to choose between the two). The waterfall is a line of 100 people waiting to take a picture and stand in it for 10 seconds - we couldn’t even get in.
Such a shame, beautiful island and good activities ruined by this tour company. We wanted to be back at to hotel from the moment we stepped on the boat and realised what a mass marketing, money making scheme it was.
Genuinely the worst holiday tour experience of our lives - please avoid, book a smaller tour with a local vendor or do something else, you will regret it if not!

Celebrating an early 25th Anniversary along with brother in law and sister in law celebrating 35! Looking forward to downloading the professional pics created by the onboard photographer. What an AWESOME thing to have so that the guests don't have to worry about creating memories. Our waterfall experience felt a little rushed because there were so many people trying to get through, so would love to come back and spend a little extra time there. What a beautiful culture.

Great excursion--the staff was awesome. Best rum punch on the island. Cruise starts out with light snacks, then we disembark and board a van to the mudbaths--paint yourself with mud, take pictures, then wash it off in the hot springs. It was amazing. Then off to the waterfall, a short van ride, which was so refreshing! Had a great lunch back on the boat. Then off to do some snorkeling on the way back. It was a little bit of a swim from where the boat docked, so we didn't make it there, was getting tired, but it was nice to have a swim in the ocean. Then some music, dancing (the catamaran is big) and more rum punch on the way back. So much fun. I'd do it again.

We decided on this trip because it had a little bit of everything; however, I wouldn’t recommend that. I was most excited for the waterfall and it was basically just a photo op. We waited in line, got in and got our pic taken and got out. Then we left. The crew on this trip were GREAT though! They were super helpful and accommodating and fun! If you are ok with spending 30-45 minutes at each spot then this is the tour for you but if you are wanting to take in the experience and scenery then I’d go a different route. LOTS of time spent on a very crowded boat with little shade. Some people even had to sit on the trampoline part of the boat because there weren’t seats and they got very wet. Once the excursions were done and we got back on the boat, more people joined. I think people who did Land and Sea. Only drinks offered were beer, rum punch, and water. So a full day away from all inclusive resorts wasn’t my favorite. The breakfast is LIGHT so eat before. The lunch was good if you like Caribbean food. The Sulphur Springs was cool but we weren’t there long either. The snorkeling was decent but only saw fish and an eel. Hope this helps someone out who is unsure what tour to do!
