this is the heritage spot from where the food cum heritage walk gets started , we first try here "Bedami poori", a deep-fried, unleavened bread, distinct from regular poori by the incorporation of ground spiced urad dal (black gram lentils) into the dough.

We enter deep into the ancient labyrinths of old town and time to try now the king of all indian snacks: "Samosa", a small triangular pastry case containing spiced vegetables or meat and served fried.

Chandni Chowk
After entering the famous "Chandni chowk" steeer, time to eat "Chole Bhature", a popular North Indian dish consisting of spicy chickpeas (chole) served with deep-fried, leavened bread (bhatura). It's a hearty and flavorful meal, often enjoyed for breakfast or lunch, and is a beloved part of Punjabi cuisine.
