This is a ticket to visit St. John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta. The ticket must be presented at the cathedral visitors' entrance from Great Siege Square in Republic Street (on the side of the cathedral). At the cathedral visitors' entrance you will be given a free to use handheld audio guide with explanations in a number of languages at 19 stops inside the ornate cathedral including: • "The Beheading of St. John the Baptist" painted by Caravaggio • "St. Jerome Writing" painted by Caravaggio • "The life of St. John the Baptist" vault painting and several altar paintings by Mattia Preti • main nave including 400 richly decorated in-laid marble tombs • monument of the Grand Master Zondadari • sacristy • chapels of the langues of Germany, Italy, France, Provence, Auvergne, Aragon, of Castile, Leon and Portugal, and of the Anglo-Bavarian langue • sanctuary • chapel of Our Lady of Philermos • atrium leading to the cemetery • passage leading to the oratory and the oratory itself
