    This trip was canceled the day before we were supposed to go. At first the operator said that we were confirmed and then thirty minutes later said it was off because of lack of response. Possibly not enough people but he was supposed to let me know and I had to contact the night before to find out for sure if it was canceled. Called Viator to make sure I would get refunded. The good news is that I did receive a refund. Wish I had known sooner. I would have planned something else.

    We booked this tour at the last minute after RC cancelled a similar pre-booked excursion, and this one met our expectations. Hamblet was a great guide - confirmed the meeting time and place the day before (which we saw the morning of because we didn’t have WiFi on the ship), arrived on time, was knowledgeable about the history and sites, took pics of our family at each of the vantage points, and got us back to the ship on time. We enjoyed the sights and sounds on this open-air taxi and made sure to sit on the back row to hear him through the back speaker (it was difficult to understand otherwise). Altogether, this is just what we were looking for, and we’re glad it worked out the way it did. Definitely recommend!

    I messed up on where to meet up. We called and Shelley was fantastic! She drove us herself to meet up with Hamblet. The views were beautiful and Magens Bay was awesome
