Don’t waste your money on this. You listen to a recorded tour riding around in a train-like vehicle. It’s hard to see what the recording is talking about. A walking tour would be much better.

The tour was good-ear buds handed out and you could select your language on the control panel.
Even though not necessary, they combined English-speakers in one car; German speakers in another, etc to allow for easier visiting among other tourists. Kind of a nice thing!

I'm not one for organized tours but Regensburg can be a bit disorienting so this gave a good overview - typical highlights recording (in 5 languages). Worth the €10

A little disappointed that we didnt see more, would be prepared to pay more to have a more "hop on, hop off" experience so that I could have a better look at things that interested me on the tour.
Visibility isn't the best, but maybe if the little train stopped momentarily for photo opportunities this would help.
On the positive side the tour was inexpensive and the audio in several languages was adequately informative. The train and carriages are clearly well-maintained and spotlessly clean.

A little kitschy, but a fun way to see the city. You can buy the tickets right by the train, which conveniently picks up and drops off just to the side of the cathedral. Plug in your earphones and select your language. The information was good for a first time visitor. The only issue was there was no air conditioning (or it was broken) in our car, which was difficult on a hot day. But otherwise, definitely worth it to get an overview of Regensburg and you are short on time.
